A foundation for women in both seasons.

We collect what we need to take care of you, and nothing we don’t.
This Privacy Policy explains how Women Up Foundation (“Women Up,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and looks after the information you share with us when you visit our website, sign up for our list, or join one of our retreats or programs.
We’ve written this in plain language because legal-document fog is the opposite of how we want to talk to you. If anything here is unclear, write us, the contact at the bottom of this page is real.
We collect information you give us directly, and a small amount of standard analytics about how you use the site.
We use the information you give us to:
We don’t sell your information. Ever. We share it only with the small set of trusted third-party service providers we use to run Women Up, and only what they need to do their part of the work.
These categories include web analytics, email marketing platforms, and payment processors. Retreat bookings are handled through our booking partner, WeTravel, which receives the information needed to confirm your reservation and process payment.
We may also share information if we’re legally required to (subpoena, court order, valid government request) or if doing so is reasonably necessary to protect the safety of a retreat participant, our team, or the public.
If Women Up ever merges with, is acquired by, or transfers operations to another organization, your information may be part of that transfer. If that happens, we’ll let you know.
Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to remember basic settings, count visits, and understand which content is being read. Most of this is handled by standard analytics tools.
You can turn off cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as smoothly without them, but the core content will still be readable.
We do not currently use cookies for cross-site advertising or behavioral targeting.
You have real choices about your information. You can:
Email us at the address at the bottom of this page to exercise any of these. We’ll respond within a reasonable time, usually a few business days.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, encryption in transit, restricted access, vetting of the service providers we work with. We can’t guarantee absolute security, no one online can, but we treat your information with care.
If we ever discover a breach that affects you, we’ll let you know promptly.
Women Up’s services are designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe we have, please contact us and we’ll delete it.
Women Up operates from the United States, and our service providers may be located in the U.S. or elsewhere. If you’re visiting or signing up from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
If you’re in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with comparable privacy rules (such as GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act), you have additional rights regarding access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection to processing. The choices above apply, and we’ll honor any additional rights granted by your local law. Reach out and we’ll help you exercise them.
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we’ll update the “Effective” date at the top and, where appropriate, give you notice by email or a banner on the site.
