A foundation for women in both seasons.

The shape of what we’re agreeing to when you join us.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Women Up Foundation website at womanup.com, our retreats, our programs, and any other services we offer (together, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you’re agreeing to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services. We’ve tried to write this in language a regular person can read.
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you’ve read these Terms, agree to them, and are entering into a binding agreement with Women Up Foundation.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services or join a retreat or program. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Women Up offers retreats, programs, coaching, written and recorded resources, and ongoing community for women in every season of becoming, surviving, holding everything together, or quietly looking for more. Specific offerings change over time. The current set is described on our website.
Our Services are educational, experiential, and supportive in nature. They are not medical care, psychological therapy, financial advice, or legal advice. See the Health and Wellness Disclaimer below.
Most of our retreat reservations are handled through our booking partner, WeTravel. When you book a retreat, you’re entering into a booking arrangement that involves both Women Up Foundation (as the retreat host) and WeTravel (as the booking and payment platform). WeTravel has its own terms governing the booking and payment portion of the transaction; those apply alongside these Terms.
Retreat dates, locations, programming, instructors, and pricing are described on the retreat page and in your booking confirmation. We’ll do our best to deliver what we’ve described, and we’ll communicate clearly with you if anything material changes.
Travel to and from the retreat is your responsibility. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
The cancellation and refund terms applicable to your retreat booking are provided to you at the time of booking through our booking partner, WeTravel, and form part of these Terms. Please review those terms carefully before booking.
If Women Up Foundation cancels a retreat for any reason, you’ll be offered either a transfer to a future retreat or a refund of amounts paid to Women Up Foundation (less any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred on your behalf).
Women Up retreats and programs are spaces of respect, safety, and dignity. By joining one, you agree to:
We reserve the right to remove anyone from a retreat, program, or our online spaces who violates these standards. In serious cases, removal may be without refund. We don’t take that lightly, and we don’t take threats to participant safety lightly either.
All content on this site, written words, photos, video, audio, graphics, the Women Up name and logo, the visual identity, and any retreat materials we provide, is owned by Women Up Foundation or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, share, and link to our content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
If you submit testimonials, photos, written reflections, or other content to us, through forms on the site, during a retreat, by email, or on our social channels, you give Women Up Foundation a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content to share Women Up’s story (website, social media, email, marketing materials). We will credit you where you ask us to, and we will not use anything in a way that misrepresents you.
You retain ownership of what you create. You can ask us to stop using a particular piece of content at any time and we will, on a reasonable timeline.
Photographs of retreat participants are only used in our marketing with explicit consent. Consent is asked separately, in writing, and can be withdrawn.
If you have a physical, mental, or emotional health condition that could affect your participation, please consult your healthcare provider before joining a retreat. Yoga, movement, breathwork, group sharing, and other practices we offer may not be appropriate for everyone or for every condition.
You are responsible for your own health, safety, and decisions during a retreat. If you experience anything, physical, emotional, or otherwise, that feels beyond what a wellness retreat is equipped to support, please tell us, take care of yourself, and seek qualified care.
If you are currently in crisis or experiencing thoughts of self-harm, please contact emergency services or a qualified mental-health professional. We will support you to do that, but we are not a replacement for it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Women Up Foundation, its founders, employees, contractors, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or participation in any retreat or program. This includes damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Services is limited to the amount you paid to Women Up Foundation in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions don’t allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Women Up Foundation, its founders, employees, contractors, and partners from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your conduct during a retreat or program, or your misuse of the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Women Up Foundation is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that can’t be resolved through good-faith conversation will be addressed in the courts located in that state, unless the parties agree to a different venue.
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first try to resolve the issue with us directly. Email the contact at the bottom of this page with a description of the issue and what you’d like to see happen. We’ll respond within a reasonable time and do our best to work it out.
If we can’t resolve it that way, either party may pursue the claim in the courts identified in the Governing Law section above.
We may update these Terms occasionally. The current version always lives at /terms/, and the “Effective” date at the top tells you when it was last updated. Material changes will be communicated to active retreat participants and email subscribers.
